There are already loads of things to see and do in Moscow, from the Kremlin to St Basil’s Cathedral to shopping in the Arbat and dining or clubbing at night, just to name a few. Now Moscow wants to add another huge attraction to pull tourists to itself. The proposed Moscow Observation Wheel will be an immense 722 feet tall, nearly 200 feet taller than the current largest wheel in the world, the Singapore Flyer.
